Goodbye, Old Friend

Goodbye, old friend.

No, I'm not going away, I'm simply moving. I've outgrown this lovely space, and it was time to take a step.
I always meant for the blogspot to be a stepping stone. When it began, I didn't know which direction I was stepping, and I made a lot of stumbles. I learned a few things along the way, until I finally realized I needed something that this space could no longer offer me.

I loved its simplicity, and I fully intend to keep things as simple as possible- for you, for me, for everyone involved. There's enough complications in the world, and writing in itself is a complicated task. Why does a blog need to be complicated? So I'm simplifying. I've created a new home base to connect with you over at www.elizabethkoetsier.com.

At this time, I'm beginning to build strategies. What is my purpose in all of this? Where am I going to go next? My purpose is to share wholesome, adventurous stories that open your heart and your eyes. It is easier for me to move now, rather than wait until later.
Do I have a grand plan? No. (I feel a mite like Indiana Jones admitting this.) I do have goals that I am reaching for, and I will pray through each one. This summer I prayed about my short story- you remember the one, Amarylis. As I considered an option, a door opened, and I walked through. Amarylis will be shared with my newsletter subscribers sometime in mid to late December. If you'd like to read it, you'll have to take your own steps to hop over to my new website, and find the Newsletter tab.

I will no longer be posting here, but I haven't a reason to shut this blogspot down for the time being. I'm hoping that you will follow me. I'd love to hear from you, reader.
